Current responsibilities 
Kurt Liss’ expertise and focus is transaction management and strategic portfolio optimization for national and global corporate accounts. In this role, Kurt assists his occupier clients in developing creative solutions to their corporate real estate challenges. His background representing corporate users includes the deployment of an extensive national sales office presence for several emerging companies; the disposition of large and unique special-purpose facilities as well as consulting clients who implemented full real estate portfolios.
Kurt recently served on JLL’s (Markets Corporate Solutions) Round Table which consisted of senior account leaders who share and develop company best practice materials focused at corporate occupier solutions.

Experience
Kurt has 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing
in corporate account representation. His extensive background representing corporate users includes experience in both growing portfolios such as deploying a broad and extensive national sales office presence for an emerging technology company, as well as complex portfolio consolidation efforts such as the disposition of large and unique special-purpose facilities
for a public utility and reducing a telecommunications companies commercial footprint by millions of square feet over a two year period.  
Kurt has also consulted corporate occupiers who implemented full real
estate portfolio management and outsourcing initiatives including lease administration, facility management, transaction and project management functions while residing in-house with two separate corporations over a five-year period.

Education and affiliations
Kurt received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado. He actively participates in CoreNet Global events and is working towards his MCR professional designation. Kurt supports the ASPCA and The Denver Dumb Friends League.
