​Current responsibilities 
​Andrew Wiley is a Vice President for JLL’s Commercial Real Estate team. He specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation, as well as Sale Transactions. Mr. Wiley utilizes a client first approach that allows him to do best by his clients. His understanding of market activity and creative problem solving allows him to find the best solution for each client’s individual needs. Mr. Wiley assists in market research, site selection, and lease negotiation -- all of which he feels are crucial to his clients success. 

Mr. Wiley has over seven years of corporate commercial real estate experience at the national and regional level.

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Wiley was responsible for leasing at Leon Capital Group. He oversaw a portfolio of over 200 assets across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, Nevada and other markets in the Southeast and Southwest United States. He cultivated relationships with numerous tenants and real estate professionals, including national, regional, and local groups. 

Additionally, Mr. Wiley spent a combined six years at CBRE and SRS Real Estate Partners focusing on tenant representation for national tenants on a local and multi market level, as well as local and regional tenants in and around Dallas-Fort Worth. 

Education and affiliations
Mr. Wiley earned a BBA in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate professional in Texas.
