Current Responsibilities

Bruce Dodge is a Regional Director of the Tenant Representation division in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he assists with the management of the tenant representation team as well as continuing to work on strategic consulting and real estate assignments on behalf of his client base.

Experience

Bruce has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is responsible for more than 22 million square feet of commercial real estate leasing activity during his career.

Prior to joining JLL in the 2008 merger, Bruce was Executive Vice President and Managing Principal of The Staubach Company's Front Range Division for the previous twelve years. As part of that role, he also had regional oversight for the Staubach Minneapolis brokerage operation.

Education and Affiliations

Bruce received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado.

Bruce is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® and CoreNet Global. He is involved in Brokers Benefiting Kids, and Special Olympics.  He is also a past Chairman of the Board of the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.

Achievements

  • Bruce has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of the "Top Five Brokers of the Year" and a "Heavy Hitter" numerous times during his brokerage career.  
  • He had been awarded the JLL Top Gun designation on numerous occasions – the highest production distinction within our company
