Current responsibilities Scott Gaillard, Vice President, TRIRIGA Project Management, joined JLL in 2016. He manages IBM TRIRIGA integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) implementation projects, overseeing project timeline, scope and budget.
Scott provides training, quality assurance, solution design and other professional services related to the deployment of software solutions.
He supervises project tasks and coordinates internal and client resources, creating and distributing all project management documents required by JLL’s methodology.

Years of experience Scott has 15 years of experience in the corporate real estate (CRE) industry.
Experience Prior to joining JLL, Scott worked at BRG, a workplace management firm acquired by JLL in 2016, for 11 years.
Beginning as a Senior FM Tools Manager, Scott worked his way up to Solutions Manager. He collaborated with clients to develop strategic visions, keeping technology projects and programs in direct alignment with the mission of the organization as a whole.
Education Scott received his MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University, and his Bachelors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Industrial Management Engineering.
He studied Industrial Management Engineering at L’Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, and is currently working on his CoreNet Global Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
Scott is an IBM Certified Associate Application Developer for TRIRIGA Application Platform v3.2.1.
