Current responsibilities
Troy Hergenrader joined JLL in 2016 as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the JLL Technology Solutions IBM TRIRIGA practice.

He sets the vision for technology enablement, design of technical solutions and oversees the JLL delivery team throughout the entire engagement.

Troy provides best practices, and focuses on Key Performance Indicators, Industry Benchmarking, Dashboards and Analytical Reporting. 

Project and program management, integration, enterprise software, integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), IBM TRIRIGA, IT strategy 

Years of experience
Troy has more than nine years of experience in the technology engineering and IWMS industries. 

Most recently, Troy was the Vice President of the TRIRIGA Practice at BRG, a workplace management and consulting firm acquired by JLL in 2016.

During his five years there, Troy provided analytical and technical solutions to strategic workplace services accounts, focusing on key performance indicators, industry benchmarking, dashboards and analytical reporting.

Previous experience includes Director of IT Solutions with Teng & Associates and Software Engineer with Calypso Systems. 

Key transactions

  • Manages complex projects from inception to completion, oversees resources, ensuring quality and compliance of interior construction, maintains budget compliance and project schedule, and effectively mitigates risk
  • Recommends and implements mobility solutions to address building operations management and space management audits  
  • Canadian facilities solutions: Principal consultant on Integrated Property Management Software Peer Review; provided facility technology consulting services for SIQ’s real estate portfolio of 30 million square feet in more than 1,000 buildings owned and rented
  • United Kingdom facilities management company: Primary project manager; developed system capable of centrally tracking and reporting on movements of detainees and employees throughout 550-person detainment facility

Troy graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He is a certified Project Management Professional, a TRIRIGA certified Application Developer and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), with certificates of completion in Microsoft Windows Training, including Network and Operating Essentials, Server and Network Infrastructure. H

e is currently working towards his CoreNet Global Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
