​Current responsibilities
Peter Stein joined JLL in 2016 as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of MAC. Peter manages service line operations and account/project management while driving the development of new market strategies.

He is responsible for identifying value propositions, the development of service delivery models and the overall financial performance of all MAC services. 

Business plan development and execution, core product definition, product managements, strategic planning for market penetration, customer and partner aquisition team coordination, leadership, facility management, workplace strategy 

Years of experience
Peter has more than 17 years of experience in facility management and development services. 

Most recently, Peter worked as Senior Vice President of Workplace Management Services at BRG, a workplace management and consulting firm acquired by JLL. At BRG, Peter oversaw all aspects of client accounts, including contracts and request for proposal responses, client relationships, and account growth strategies.

Previous experience also include Senior Vice President  of Workplace Management Services for Fox RPM Corp., (Fox was acquired by BRG in 2015) and Co-founder and Vice President of Business Development at Senicast Systems.   

Key transactions

  • North Atlantic Alliance: Oversaw strategic planning efforts for client’s headquarters move in Brussels, Belgium, a project consisting of private offices and 8.7 miles of classified secret and top-secret files as well as planning and coordination of approximately 2,200 staff and 2.7 million
    square feet in preparation for physical moves
  • Northeastern US Bank: Directed and actively participated on project team throughout numerous bank branch/back-office renovations and relocation and strategic master planning projects, all successfully completed on-budget; Introduced standard proposal, schedule and budget reporting templates for consistency in project engagement and reporting; Recommended technologies used for cost-effective tracking and maintenance of ongoing personnel moves 
  • Global Athletic Footware Company: Led market investigation of Move Management and Service Request systems based on client requirements for headquarters buildings. Developed RFQ and presented overview, demonstration and pricing information, and assisted in product selection, establishing strong vendor relationship and ensuring implementation proposal and schedule continued to meet and exceed the client’s expectations

Peter received his MBA with an emphasis in New Ventures from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

He received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University, and also studied at the University of New South Wales.
