​Current responsibilities
Peggy Withrow, Vice President and Director of Occupany Planning, joined JLL in 2016. In this role, She provides strategic leadership and guidance JLL resources around occupancy planning, and establishes the standard of service delivery for JLL clients, delivering expert solutions to their real estate and facility issues. 

Move and relocation management, program and project management, facility strategic planning, change management and communiation strategies, technology integration 

Years of experience
Peggy offers clients more than 25 years of experience in the CRE and facility management industry. 

Most recently, Peggy worked at BRG, a workplace management firm acquired by JLL in 2016, as a Program Director.

Prior to that, Peggy worked at Genentech as a Senior Space Planner, Apple as a Director of Strategic Workplace Services and Integrated Workplace Strategies as a Workplace Consultant. 

Key transactions

  • Global Internet and Technology Company: Responsible for workplace service delivery (55 staff and $7.3M annual fee); Led real estate portfolio strategies planning and implementation in Google’s northern California region for 30,000 employees with a 20% annual growth and churn
    rate of 1.3; Services included day-to-day operations of Space Planning, CAD/CAFM Administration, Space/Asset Reduction Strategies, Warehouse Asset Management and overall Account Strategy
  • American-based Biotechnology Corporation: Responsibilities included planning and implementation of New Work Environments (NWE), developing location strategy and design criteria for new on-site Child Care Center, and managing planning and move activities for
    Commercial and Admin groups

Peggy received her Bachelors in Human Ecology and Design from the University of Minnesota, Saint Paul. She is a certified Interior Designer (ASID, NCDIQ) and has received training from the Strozzi Institute and Integrated Knowledge Systems (IKS) for Training in Leadership, Building High Performance Teams, and Technology “Whole Systems Design.”  

Peggy has presented at multiple industry conferences, including CoreNet Global, Tradeline and IFMA, and has contributed to columns in CoreNet’s The Leader magazine and Corporate Report. .
