Current responsibilities
Nicholas Holzworth joined JLL in 2016 as a Executive Director of Sales. He creates and drives sales strategies that grow market share, opens new markets and further develops the installed base. His responsibilities also include communication planning, marketing strategy, client relationship management, and the focused strategic direction for our western United States market.

Nick has more than 10 years of experience in sales and account management. 

Experience
Nick is a successful executive who consistently ranks among the top in sales nationally. Prior to JLL, he worked as a Director of New Business Development at BRG, a workplace management firm which was aquired by JLL in 2016. Previous experience also includes Corvus of California, DHL, and The Northern Trust Company. 

Key transactions

  • Sold workplace management services for some of the company’s largest new accounts including five Fortune 100 organizations. Sales generating recurring revenue of $15M/year. Established and grew relationships with key influencers and executives across Silicon Valley and western
    United States. Efforts generated some of the company’s highest revenue while establishing corporate relationships with significant growth potential. 
  • Penetrated large IWMS/CAFM technology accounts by networking and influencing RFP processes. Identified opportunities and drove them through complex RFx processes to successful conclusion by building relationships with key stakeholders and influencing specifications. 
  • Generated total annual revenue of $400,000 to $500,000 in workplace consulting services, resulting in the successful review of client’s people, processes and technology needs resulting in a future state strategic roadmap. 

Education
Nick received his Bachelors of Finance and Banking and his Bacehlors of Economics from the University of Misssouri-Columbia.
