​Current responsibilities
Marc Jackson joined JLL in 2016 as Vice President and Account Lead. He provides expertise in project management, space planning, work order administration, CAD/CAFM administration, asset management, and installation and move services.

Marc brings a wealth of industry experience to projects, enabling him to effectively lead and manage a team to a successful end result. 

Relocation, invetory and logistics management, change management and transition efforts, contingency planning

Years of experience
Marc has more than 30 years of experience in the corporate real estate (CRE) industry. 

Prior to JLL, Marc worked at BRG, a workplace management firm, as a Project Director. 

Key transactions

  • National Defense Contractor, Relocation Management: Led project team responsible for moving west coast client to new 330,000 sf office on the east coast. Provided a full suite of services, including logistics planning, file planning and mapping, secure and proprietary document transfer, classified SCIF relocation, mover procurement, computer equipment disconnect/reconnect, town hall meetings, move communications, purge support, on-site move supervision, move coordinator development and direction, and help desk services. Project team operated under very tight schedules, due to long transit lines for 110 staff moving cross-country and executing moves for 400 other staff located in east coast facilities 
  • Intergovernmental Financial Institution, Relocation Management: Oversaw team logistics and provided strategic direction for all coordination activities, including more than 2,400 staff and 1.2 million sf; Overall responsibilities include regular status reporting, subcontractor and vendor management, and successful delivery of move planning and furniture installation activities 
  • State Public Health Laboraties: Managed full relocation of 227,000 sf labs including bio-containment labs, animal facilities, BSL-4 labs, administration and support services departments; Responsible for executing scope of work, including scheduling, change management objectives, the incorporation of a relocation database, vendor management and the creation/validation of equipment lists 

Marc received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and his Bachelors in Physical Education from California State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
