​Current responsibilities
Timothy Clark started joined JLL in 2016 as Senior Vice President and Account Manager. In this role, he oversees a team of proffessionals who provide ad-hoc and on-demand support for clients.

Consulting, space planning, project management, asset management, team management, end user training and CAD/IWMS/CAFM services 

Years of experience
Tim has more than eight years of experience in corporate real estate (CRE) management consulting. 

Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Tim worked for BRG, a workplace management firm acquired by JLL in 2016, as Senior Director of Workplace Management Solutions, West Coast Region.

Previous experience also includes Head of International Client Solutions with Space Matrix Design Consultants, Director of PDM International – Seoul and PDM International – Beijing and Director of Development Days Inn Hotel and Suites, China. He is fluent in Chinese. 

Key transactions

  • Asian architecture and design firm: Partnered with assigned key account stakeholders to manage and deliver complex, multi-location workplace projects throughout the world;coordinated internal and external project teams; built relationships with the client at the local, regional and global.
  • Asia pacific interior design consultancy: Achieved a compound annual revenue growth rate of 39% and led the office back to rofitability, developed relationships with other companies leading to projects in multiple locations.
  • Chinese space planning group: Upon entering a new industry, quickly built a strong network in Beijing leading to increased exposure and revenue for the company.
  • Chinese hotel chain: Guided the portfolio of managed hotels from 36 to over 70; Hired and developed BD team to grow economy segment.

Education
Tim received Masters of International Studies, Chinese from Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, his Diploma in Mandarin Chinese and International Business from Peking University in Beijing, China and his Bachelors in Anthropology from the University of Southern Maine.

In addition, Tim received his Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the New York Real Estate Institute and is currently pursuing his CoreNet Global Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR).
