​Current responsibilities
Susan Ossmann joined JLL in 2016 as Senior Vice President and Senior Program Director. Sue manages a tactical workplace management team made up of space planners, move coordinators and CAD/CAFM administrators who plan, coordinate and document projects and moves.

Her team provides customized working environments for 35,000 employees and almost eight million square feet of office, support and lab spaces for a global tehcnology company’s California headquarters and properties portfolio.

Years of experience
Sue has more than 23 years of experience in the corporate real estate (CRE) industry. 

Experience
Most recently, Sue worked as Senior Director of Workplace Management Solutions at BRG, a workplace management and consulting firm acquired by JLL.

While there, she managed a team of on-site professionals who planned and coordinated project moves for a large global client.

Previous experience also includes Workspace Management Lead with Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, where she worked for six years, as well as management positions with Bechta Group, RAF Gallery of Contemporary Art, Wellbridge, Tenant Planning Servies Inc. and Madison Lighting. 

Key transactions

  • Provided coaching and training for interior and space planning design, building codes and compliance; programming and project management processes, managing movers, furniture providers and installers
  • Managed a team of five employees and three contractors; responsible for interior design, programming, space planning, furniture and finish specification, budgetted and moved management for more than 5.7 million square feet of office space

Education
Sue received her Bachelors in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, a FIDER (Foundation of Interior Design Education Research) accredited school.
