Current responsibilities Stephan Cloitre joined JLL in 2016 as the Executive Vice President and Senior Director of Technology Solutions. Stephan establishes the strategic visions for the division, including product strategies, service methodologies, and establishes performance expectations for individuals and practices within his division.
He works with practice leads to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget and that customer expectations are exceeded. Stephan provides mentorship and guidance to his team members, including identifying creative solutions to unique business requirements.

Years of experience Stephan brings a broad business background and more than 22 years of domestic and international practice to his role within JLL.
Experience Most recently, Stephan served as the Senior Vice President of Advisory Services and Technology Solutions at BRG, a workplace management and consulting firm aquired by JLL in 2016.
During his six years there, Stephan supervised and managed IWMS technology strategy consulting, CRE business process re-engineering, business transformation and organizational alignment projects for Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders.
Prior to BRG, he worked as Director of Technology Services for AOS USA, General Manager for Absis Consulting S.A. and Project Manager for DBAssociates. Stephan is fluent in French, Spanish, and Dutch.
Education Stephan graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a Master of Civil Engineering from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium, and is currently working toward his CoreNet Global Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Stephan has completed executive education in System Dynamics, Risk Management, Project Management and Supply Chain Management through MITx.
Affiliations Stephan has served as an instructor for CoreNet’s ‘CRE Technology: Structure and Strategies’ MCR course since 2014 and earned the top rated faculty award two years in a row.
