Current responsibilities Ginnie Nerurkar joined JLL in 2016 as Vice President of TRIRIGA Account Management. She maintains client relationships with JLL, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and coordinates the involvement of technical resources to meet project performance objectives and manages and resolves issues that may arise.
Ginnie is ultimately responsible for the success of all account projects. As a Corporate Real Estate (CRE) subject matter expert, Ginnie provides strategic insights to clients around operational processes, organization dynamics and technology requirements.

Years of experience Ginnie has more than 25 years of experience in the CRE industry.
Experience Prior to JLL, Ginnie worked with BRG, a workplace management firm, as an Account Director. While there, she oversaw large, complex IWMS implementations and upgrades for clients across a variety of industries including national retail, higher education, and government. Previous experience also includes Computer Facility Integration (CFI), Accruent, and T-Mobile USA.
Education Ginnie received her MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and her Bachelors in Business Law from Kinman Business University.
