​Current responsibilities 
Tim Bourdelais is a National Director for JLL’s Tenant Representation Group in Denver. Mr. Bourdelais is responsible for planning and implementing strategies for a wide range of clients which includes strategic real estate consulting, financial analysis and negotiations. Tim is also a member of the Leadership Committee Advisory Board for JLL which focuses on key initiatives for improving the company’s retention, recruitment and young brokers within the firm.  

Mr. Bourdelais has extensive experience with a wide range of companies providing valuable strategic and implementation services to clients developing and executing real estate strategies.  Tim focuses on the Central Business District and Southeast Suburban Markets of Denver.  Tim has 14 years of experience in corporate real estate, including six with The Staubach Company, prior to joining JLL in the 2008 merger.  Tim’s clients include: TransAmerica, TravelPort, Air Methods, Kärcher North America, Inc, American Financing, Moody Insurance, HealthGrades, Williams Production, Jagged Peak Energy, McDonalds Corporation, Environmental Resource Management and Radiology Imaging Associates.

Education and affiliations
Tim received a double degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Economics and Communications. Tim is currently Chairman of the Board of directors for a non-profit organization known as Advocates for Children which serves kids whom have been abused and are now in the foster care system.  Additionally, Tim coaches his three kids in a wide variety of sports.
