Current responsibilities 
Jake Wagner is responsible for valuing and underwriting commercial real estate assets, researching and analyzing capital markets trends, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with many facets of the investment sale planning and execution process. Specific tasks include building financial models to present corporate clients with pre- and after-tax cash flow, GAAP implications of asset sales, purchases and financings, valuing corporate owned commercial real estate property of all types, including but not limited to office, industrial, and retail, for vacant, net leased and sale-leaseback sales, researching and analyzing commercial real estate market fundamentals, and developing and drafting offering memorandums.

Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Jake was an Analyst at NDG Properties in Berkeley, CA, where he was responsible for underwriting multifamily acquisition opportunities and assessing project development feasibility. 

Education and affiliations
Jake is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”). Jake holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in California and Texas.
