​Current responsibilities
Jeffery Perters joined JLL in 2016 as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Manhattan and CenterStone practices within JLL Technology Solutions.

In his role, Jeff sets the vision for technology enablement, design of technical solutions, and oversees the JLL delivery team throughout the entire engagement. He provides best practices, and focuses on Key Performance Indicators, Industry Benchmarking, Dashboards, and Analytical Reporting.

Years of experience
Jeff has more than 33 years in technology solutions and corporate real estate. 

Most recently, Jeff worked as Manhattan Practice Senior Director at BRG, a workplace management and consulting firm aquired by JLL. While there, he was responsible for fostering the strategic partnership between Trimble-Manhattan and BRG, including the alignment of Manhattan products to BRG clients.

Prior to BRG, Jeff spent eighteen years at Bank of America, working his way from Technology Project Manager to Senior Vice President of Technology. Previous experience also includes roles with Loral/Lockheed Martin and IBM.

Key transactions

  • Integrated technology platform: Developed and established processes and workplace management master plans; fostered the strategic partnership and alignment of tecnology products to client; managed assignments of resources and skill to technology implementation
    projects 
  • American banking and financial services corporation: Managed annual budget of $30M; developed five-year strategic roadmap and corresponding business case for commercial real estate; developed and deployed a geographically based operating model partnering with a developed a multi-year plan to shed 25% of existing leased/owned property driving operational expensereductions of $800M annually 

Jeff received his Bachelors in Computer Science from Union College in Schenectady, New York. He is currently pursuing his CoreNet Global Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
