​Current responsibilities
Jeffrey Gosdigian, Vice President, Director of Occupancy Planning, joined JLL in 2016. In this role, Jeff manages a team of 10 Corporate Real Estate (CRE) planners, interior designers, data analysts and move coordinators for a dynamic and maturing company that’s targeting to double its 25,000 headcount and triple their more than 5.5 million square foot real estate portfolio assets in the Northern California region.

Jeff is the client’s point of contact, identifying and helping install industry best practices while training and coaching a team to provide exceptional customer service in support of CRE strategies.

Years of experience
Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in the CRE industry.

Most recently, Jeff worked at BRG, a workplace management firm acquired by JLL in 2016. As a Director of Space Planning on-site at a global technology company specializing in internet-related servcies, Jeff coordinated headcount, labb and support space relocation projects while directing movers and furniture installers, provided and organized training and coaching for teams he managed and developed standard operating procedures, roles and responsibilities. 

Previous experience included Senior Occupancy Project Manager at CBRE, President and Principal Designer at JRG Design, and Facilities CAD Manager at Levi Strauss and Company. Jeff began his career as an Architectural Designer with Planners, Designers, Architects, Inc. 

Key assignments

  • Provided construction project management, estimating/budgeting and proposal preparation for commercial projects ranging from $25,000 to $10 million. Dominantly dedicated to the on-site coordination, site supervision, field engineering, contract negotiations, change order management and delivery of a $6 million tilt-up concrete building envelope and interior fit-up for $40 million worth of design-build additions and renovations to an operational milk processing plant 
  • Established baseline data through program management to validate more than 4 million square feet of space. Identified 260+ changed floor plans, 9,000 headcount, 14,000 allocation and 3,000 space use changes. Delivered under budget within compressed schedule while recruiting 300+ space representatives
  • Facilitated audits to ensure integrity of data utilizing CAFM tools to track/report headcount and space efficiency in order to monitor, evaluate trends and provide key metrics for benchmark data and develop planning tools such as space plans, stacking/blocking diagrams and vacancy/space usage reports 

Jeff received his Bachelors in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
