​Current responsibilities
Ilana joined JLL in 2016 as a Vice Preseident and MAC Variable Team Lead. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and guidance for clients, and leads a team of professionals in providing move/add/change (MAC) services, project management, space planning, asset management and other corporate real estate (CRE) services. Ilana ensures JLL’s service delivery and objectives are aligned with the client’s real estate and business goals.

Years of experience
Ilana has more than 20 years of experience in project management and CRE initiatives. 

Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Ilana worked with BRG, a workplace management firm, as an Account Director. She also worked for Fox RPM Corp. as a Project Director, and Gilbane Building Company as a Project Executive. She is an expert communicator and is a skilled team leader who helps her team do their best work. 

Key transactions
U.S. General Services Administration (GSA): Oversaw relocation and furniture management services for a two-phased interior renovation project. For phase I, managed 1,350 people and a total of 14 different groups consolidating from two locations into a single new swing space of 290,000 sf. Concurrently, managed the internal restack of 400 staff in order to consolidate them into the phase II renovation space. Ilana oversaw the internal restack of more than 50 moves, and all the vendors involved 

U.S. Federally Chartered Private University: Oversaw a team of three, managing comprehensive relocation services in support of a campus renovation project. Ilana leads the relocation of administrative and academic offices as well as moves within the campus residence halls, and the transition of laboratories and classroom spaces for the biology, chemistry, physics and genetics research departments. 

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS): Developed a comprehensive project schedule addressing furniture procurement, installation and the relocation activities for 4,300 occupants during the two phase renovation and restack of the 1,000,000 sf facility. Ilana also prepared a detailed gap analysis and provided recommendations for the relocation approach, ensuring adherence to the construction schedule and the requirements by HHS. Ilana is currently managing comprehensive relocation services for the second phase “Parklawn” project.  

Education
Ilana received her Bachelors in History from Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She received a Certificate in Facilities Planning and Management from The George Washington University, and a Certificate in Interior Design from Montgomery College. Deb is also OSHA-10 Certified.
