​Current responsibilities
Eric joined JLL in 2016 as a Vice President, Program Director. He provides strategic leadership and guidance to JLL’s team and establishes the standard of service delivery for clients, delivering expert solutions for their real estate and facility issues.

Eric works closely with clients to assess and implement real estate initiatives, balancing costs with quality to yield the most effective project outcomes.   

Financial services, business operations analysis, reports/dashboards, facilities services, space planning, CAD/CAFM support, move, add, change (MAC) support, project management, warehouse operations, and work order administration  Years of experience Eric has more than 12 years of experience in the corporate real estate (CRE) industry. 

Eric joined JLL as paort of their acquistion of BRG, a workplace management firm, where he worked as a Director of Workplace Management Services for more six years.

He managed the day-to-day operations of a Fortune 100 global finanical services company. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Business Operations Analyst for BRG for three years. 

Previous experience also includes Manager of Loan Service Operations at Wachovia Bank, where he focused on data integrity, audit reviews, and ledger reconciliations. 

Key transactions
Fortune 100 Global Finanical Services Company: Works closely with multiple onsite teams to establish an overall account strategy for the Workplace Services Team and ensures CRE goals
are supported through JLL’s service offerings; Managed large diverse team promoting innovation and operational excellence. 

Eric received his Associates in Business from Northwest Vista College and is currently pursuing his CoreNet Global Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
