Current responsibilities Edward Rybak, Vice President and Project Executive, joined JLL in 2016. In this role, Ed provides strategic leadership and guidance for assigned client accounts.
He directs a team of professionals in providing project management and other corporate real estate (CRE) services. Ed is the primary client contact, helping ensure JLL's service delivery and objectives are aligned with the client's real estate and business goals.

Years of experience Ed is a seasoned CRE and facility management veteran with more than 35 years of experience.
Experience Most recently, Ed worked at BRG, a workplace management firm acquired by JLL in 2016, as Account Director. Prior to that, Ed worked at Fox RPM Corp. for more than six years as a Project Executive leading the Owners Project Management (OPM) Practice Group. As head of OPM, he led a team of seasoned staff who managed clients’ projects as an owner’s representative from inception through final occupancy.
Previous experience also includes Director of Facility Planning, Design and Construction at Reebok International and Director of Capital Projects at UNUM Life Insurance Company of America.
Key transactions American-based Global Investment Firm: Provided oversight and support in an advisory role to project management team for the design, construction and occupancy of new 302,000 square foot headquarters; Responsible for overall success of the engagement and regular status reporting
Multinational Biotechnology Company: Oversaw owner’s project management services to support internal real estate and facilities team with the design, construction, furniture management and move coordination for the development of two new buildings totaling 498,000 square feet
American Video and Production Technology Company: Supported internal real estate team as overall project manager, providing project and construction oversight for new 203,000 square foot headquarters building. In addition, led the project move team for the fast-track relocation of 700+ people as well as the company’s engineering and electronics labs
Education Ed received his Masters in Environmental Design and his Bachelors in Architecture from Syracuse University.
