​Current responsibilities
Don Sagner joined JLL in 2016 as Vice President of MAC Operations. In this role, he oversees overall quality planning for move/add/change projects, developing and establishing best practices.

Don is responsible for overall resource management, process development and compliance.

Don has more than 25 years of experience in facilities and administrative operations. 

Experience
Don joined JLL as part of their acquistion of BRG, a workplace management firm, where he worked as Director of Operations for their Workplace Management Services division.

He has significant experience in overseeing complex laboratory moves with strengths in managing real estate, facilities, telecom, purchasing, travel and other operations and includes numerous complicated corporate and life science projects ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to over 500,000 square feet. 

Prior to BRG, he worked at Fox RPM Corp. as a Project Director, where he was responsible for service delivery management including customer meetings leading to sales, overall project strategy, customer support, and staffing with a focus on the biotech market. 

Key transactions
U.S. Athletic Retailer: Oversaw relocation team that managed 580-person relocation to new 250,000 sf headquarters; Oversaw high level relocation strategy and planning, including vendor coordination, file planning and purging, building management synchronization, staff communications development, post-move support and decommissioning/asset disposition 

Multinational Biotechnology Company: Managed relocation of more than 1,200 staff, oversaw move planning and implementation, vendor coordination, file planning, furniture reuse and an integral change management communications effort

  • As Project Lead for 500-person relocation of all corporate functions from two locations to two newly constructed buildings - managed entire move process and coordinated all planning and move team meetings with client management

State Government Public Health Laboratory: Oversaw full relocation of 227,000 square foot laboratory including bio-containment labs, animal facilities, BSL-4 labs, administration and support services departments; Responsible for scope of work, including scheduling, change management objectives, incorporation of relocation database, vendor management and the creation/validation of equipment lists
