Current responsibilities Chris Ellis joined JLL in 2016 and serves as Vice President of TRIRIGA Technical Services in JLL’s Technology Solutions Division. He oversees operations and development for IWMS/CAFM implementations, and provides technology strategy and guidance to JLL's development team, consulting practice and clients.
Chris ensures a consistent approach to implementations and supports the deployment of JLL's project methodology across all projects.

Years of experience Chris has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate real estate (CRE) industry.
Experience Prior to JLL, Chris worked at BRG, a workplace management firm, as Director of Technical Services. He analyzed current and future technology strategies for the TRIRIGA platform and documented platform technologies and requirements.
Other notable previous experience includes Lead Performance Analyst for IBM TRIRIGA, where he documented and delivered benchmark results for each major TRIRIGA release, and maintained an IBM TRIRIGA best practices white paper.
Chris also worked as a Technology Strategist, a Lead Systems Analyst and a Technical Architect for TRIRIGA, Inc.
Key transactions Multinational Aerospace and Engineering Firm, TRIRIGA Project: As Systems Analyst, provided system sizing, consulting and performance tuning; Performance consulting included large AutoCAD integration analysis, improvements, and CAD development to migrate existing IWMS drawings to TRIRIGA 10
U.S. Aerospace Data Facility, TRIRIGA Project: As a Systems Analyst, provided on-site training system administration and sustainment, system installation, consulting and performance tuning; All support and activity was performed on-site because it of government facility security (SCIF)
Education Chris attended ITT Technical Institute, where he studied AAS and CADD. He is an IBM TRIRIGA Certified Developer, an IBM TRIRIGA Certified System Administrator, and an Oracle Certified Professional and Database Administrator.
