​Current responsibilities
Brittany Finnell, Assistant Vice President, Technology Solutions Account Manager, joined JLL in 2016. She maintains client relationships with JLL, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and coordinates the involvement of JLL resources to meet project performance objectives.

Brittany manages and resolves issues that may arise and is ultimately responsible for the success of all account projects. As a corporate real estate (CRE) subject matter expert, Brittany provides strategic insights to clients around operational processes, organization dynamics and technology requirements.

Workplace strategies, ARCHIBUS integrated workplace management system (IWMS), client relationship management, project and development services 

Years of experience
Brittany has nine years of corporate experience. 

Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Brittany worked at BRG, a workplace management firm acquired by JLL in 2016. As a BRG Account Manager for the ARCHIBUS Practice, Brittany managed relationships with senior leadership and executives to ensure adoption of processes. She provided account direction, project oversight, and resource coordination.

Before successfully transitioning to the ARCHIBUS team, Brittany
worked as BRG’s Human Resources Manager for three years, spearheading the formulation fo the company’s formal HR deparment and their international expansion within the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Previous positions also include HR Manager at Eddie Deen and Company and College/Corporate Recruiter for EMJ Corporation.

Education
Brittany received her Bachelors from Texas A&M University in Human Resources Development with a minor in Business. She holds a certification in Miller Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling.
