Current responsibilities
Barbara Spiridigliozzi, Vice President and Account Lead, joined JLL in 2016. In this role, Barbara provides strategic leadership and guidance for assigned client accounts.

She directs a team of professionals in providing project management and other corporate real estate (CRE) services. Barbara is the primary client contact, helping ensure JLL's service delivery and objectives are aligned with the client's real estate and business goals.

Years of experience
Barbara is a seasoned CRE and facility management veteran with more than 30 years of experience. 

Experience
Most recently, Barbara worked at BRG, a workplace management firm acquired by JLL in 2016, as Account Director. Prior to that, she worked at Brown Construction Group for four years as a Vice President and Director of Business Development.

While there, she managed customer relationships with Federal Agency and developed working relationships with partner companies to supplement current company core competencies and provide clients with full range of design, relocation and construction management services.

Previous experience also includes Project Director Fox RPM Corp. and Senior Associate at Heery International. 

Key transactions
National Cancer Institute/General Services Administration Project: As Senior Project Manager, provided coordination between NCI, GSA and building owner for newly constructed leased build-to-suit facility totaling 665,000 sf with total construction cost of $121M. Worked with architect and design staff for change order scopes and oversight of construction inspection staff and cost estimators in support of GSA 

General Services Administration: Project involved resolving open and aging projects for National Capitol Region of the GSA Public Buildings Service; Provided oversight for 14 project managers and financial analysts supporting the project, included 75 active working projects as well as nearly 4,000 inactive projects to close out; Active projects included renovations and repairs to leased and owned properties

Education
Barbara received her Masters in Facilities Management from Michigan State University and her Bachelor’s in Interior Design and Housing from Indiana State University. She is NCDIQ certified.
