Current responsibilities
Alan Neill joined JLL in 2016 as Executive Vice President of Sales for Technology Solutions. Alan oversees direct sales and business development, and is responsible for driving revenue opportunities through direct client engagements as well as key marketplace partnerships.

He provides expert guidance around corporate real estate (CRE) and facility management (FM) technologies, technology consulting and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS).

Years of experience
Alan has more than 20 years of experience in management and business development. 

Prior to JLL, Alan worked as the Vice President of Business Development for BRG, a workplace management and consulting firm aquired by JLL.

During his 20 years with BRG, he lead the New Business Development team and serving as a driver of company strategy. Alan has also lead sales at a venture funded start up as well as publicly traded company in the specialized transportation sector, driving 20% year over year growth during his tenure. 

Key transactions

  • Led outside sales team driving new business revenue and managed key million dollar accounts; developed new markets and revenue segments
  • Top-producing individual contributor revenue producer; led the development of a JIT spare parts management and delivery solution that became a backbone product for the company

Alan received his Bachelor of Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently working towards his CoreNet Global Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR).
