Current responsibilities Gerald Potter joined JLL in 2016 as a Regional Account Director for Corporate Solutions. He is responsible for overseeing major program accounts and leading the transition, strategy and operational delivery for accounts with more than 15 outsourced employees, overseeing operations and development for IWMS/CAFM implementations.

Years of experience Gerry has more than 18 years of experience in management and consulting.
Experience Most recently, Gerry worked as a Senior Vice President of Major Accounts at BRG, a workplace management and consulting firm acquired by JLL. During his more than 12 years with BRG, Gerry oversaw Workplace Management Services for real estate and facilities customers across the United States and Canada.
Prior to BRG, Gerry worked as Facilities Manager for 360 Architecture for more than six years. While there, he provided facilities management consulting services, support for various phases of architecture and interiors new build and renevation projecton, and directed and project managed all ARCHIBUS/IWMS services to customers.
Education Gerry earned his Bachelors in Business from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he majored in Facilities Management.
He has received both his CoreNet Global Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation and his Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SLCR) certification.
