Current responsibilities
Dave McKee currently serves as a Senior Vice President in JLL's
Columbus office where he works exclusively as a tenant advocate
with local and national office tenants. He negotiates the best solutions for tenants real estate needs, while minimizing the financial exposure and business risk of their decision.

A native of Columbus, Dave's prior experience includes thirteen
years as President of NBL Development Group, a developer of an
upscale, private golf course and residential community in Dayton,
Ohio. The project, Country Club of the North, consisted of 410 acres including an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and over 100 high-end residential homesites. While directing the development, management and operation of the club, he was also responsible for all development and sales functions for the project's residential component.

Over the past fourteen years acting as a tenant advocate, Dave has
provided intuitive insight to his clients, showing them how real estate impacts their short and long term business goals. This insight forms the basis for which a sound negotiaiting strategy can be implemented.

This strategy insures that his client's maintain the proper leverage
to achieve the maximum possible savings on their real estate costs,
while minimizing many of the risks that frequently get overlooked
throughout the negotiating process.
