​Current responsibilities 
Brandon Briggs joined JLL in 2016 and serves as Vice President, Account Director of Technology Solutions. He is responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring needs and expectations are met.

Brandon coordinates the involvement of JLL resources to meet project performance objectives and manages and resolves issues that may arise, and is ultimately responsible for the success of all account projects.

As a  corporate real estate (CRE) subject matter expert, he provides strategic insights to clients around operational processes, organization dynamics and technology requirements.

Years of experience
Brandon has more than 20 years of experience in the CRE industry.  Experience Prior to JLL, Brandon worked at BRG, a workplace management firm, for more than 15 years.

Throughout his time there, he held many roles, including Solutions Manager, Variable Team Practice Lead, and most recently, Account Director for the Trimble Manhattan Practice.  Previous experience also includes Senior Account Auditor for TradeOne Marketing.

  • U.S. Consumer Electronics Company, CenterStone Implementation
    Project Manager for upgrade and implementation of Space, Lease, and Operations modules; Led project team for duration of project; Oversaw design and discovery meetings
  • Multinational e-Commerce Company, Manhattan Implementation
    Solutions Director for implementation of Space, Lease, and Operations, including mobile devices; Multiple integrations with other internal systems, including HR and accounting; Provided consulting and guidance for two-year technology roadmap 
  • Multinational Financial Services Corporation, Manhattan Implementation
    Project Manager for implementation of Space Module, including managing business partner project team; Conducted project update meetings; Oversaw assignment and completion of action item logs 
  • Private U.S. Software and Services Company, CenterStone Implemenation
    Project Manager for implementation of Space to replace internal manual processes; Managed implementation team for duration of project; Oversaw design and discovery meetings, and presented findings to client 
  • U.S. Soft Drink Company, Campus Headquarters Restack Project Management, Move Planning, Vendor Management for 1500 people, 500K sf. with 8-month timeline 

Brandon is certified in Trimble Manhattan IWMS Space Management Module, and retains his CoreNet Global Master of Corporate Real Estate, Workplace (MCR.w) designation.
