​​Current responsibilities 
Reed Stvan joined JLL in 2016. He serves as Regional Account Director within JLL Corporate Solutions. He works with a seasoned team of professionals, providing complex real estate development services for JLL's clients.

Years of experience
Reed has more than 16 years in facility and workplace management. 

Most recently, Reed worked as a Vice President of Workplace Management Solutions at BRG, a workplace management and consulting firm that was acquired by JLL in 2016.

At BRG, Reed served corporate, federal, institutional and nonprofit clients. Previous experience includes more than 17 years with Fox RPM Corp. beginning as Managing Director and moving to Vice President. 

Key transactions

  • Global Security Company
    Management of relocation involving moving 450 employees in three phases, from six buildings into one new building; development and coordination of an extensive communications program including move bulletins, relocation guidelines, purge-campaign brochures, and pre-move briefings to provide detailed information to all company employees
  • United States Federal Government Agency
    Headquarters relocation project to the involving approximately 1.35 million square feet of space, 2,200 positions and handling computers, furniture and equipment in secure and non-secure facilities 
  • United States Health Agency
    The selection, procurement, and installation of new furniture for a 630,000 square feet facility as well as the specification and installation of all static signage and wayfinding. This $1.8 million contract for relocation management and furniture procurement services involves the relocation of 2,600 government employees and contractors from 18 locations to one headquarters, the installation of 2,600 furniture workstations, and new furniture for 700 offices, as well as all conference and ancillary furniture. The relocation is estimated to consist of 35 phases over a three-month period

Reed received his Masters in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Wisconsin, and his Bachelors from the University of Vermont.
