Current Responsibilities

Ms. Rabal is a Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle's Cleveland office.  In this capacity, Meg is responsible for providing real estate transaction representation and consulting services to Jones Lang LaSalle clients with headquarters or facilities in Northern and Central Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.  Ms. Rabal advises clients on transaction management and execution, incentives negotiations, site selection, lease analysis and lease negotiations.  Ms. Rabal's responsibilities include transaction coordination for several corporate clients.


28 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience.  The first twelve years of her real estate career was spent in corporate real estate at PolyOne Corporation, formerly known as M.A. Hanna Company, a $2 billion specialty polymer company.  While at M.A. Hanna, she managed over five million square feet of owned and leased properties, which included manufacturing, office and warehouse/distribution facilities.  Her experience includes land sales, lease administration and facility relocations.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, formerly The Staubach Company, Ms. Rabal was Corporate Services Representative in the Corporate Services Division of a national real estate company for two (2) years.

Key Transactions

Ms. Rabal has leased and / or sold over seven (7) million square feet of property on behalf of her clients with Jones Lang LaSalle, formerly The Staubach Company.


Ms. Rabal is a graduate of John Carroll University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, 


Meg is a member of CREW – Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. of Cleveland.  She is also past President of the Loyola Society at St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio.
