As a broker, Brian has completed leasing and sales transactions with multiple Fortune 500 and national retailers, including Dollar Tree/Family Dollar, Ace Hardware, Verizon, Great Clips, Napa Auto Parts, and John Deere.  He also handled transactions for a number of regional banks in the greater northwest, including Zion’s Bank, Bank of Fairfield, Cheney Federal Credit Union, and American West Bank.

Additionally, Brian is the managing member or originating partner of a number of real estate holding companies, including two shopping centers and three multifamily properties which were either significant redevelopment or ground-up development projects.

Prior to joining JLL, Brian was a broker at NAI Black in Spokane, Washington, a 30-broker company and Spokane’s largest commercial real estate firm.  During his time there, he consistently was a top-five producing broker and the recipient of multiple company awards.  Additionally, he served as a director with the Washington chapter of CCIM, and organized the first CCIM course in Spokane in nearly a decade.

Brian worked in residential real estate, first as the top-producing broker at Re/max Preferred and then as a member of the board of directors at Keller Williams Spokane, the region’s largest residential real estate company.

Outside of his brokerage work, Brian spent 11 years as an assistant varsity football coach for the Cheney High School Blackhawks.  Of the four quarterbacks he coached for their full four years, two received Division I scholarship offers, and the other two won league championships.
