Current responsibilities
Mr. Beard is a Senior Associate, Brokerage responsible for sales and leases in the Kentuckiana market since July 2003. Chris’ primary focus includes industrial buildings and land.

Chris specializes in agency leasing, tenant representation, site selection and acquisition/disposition of assets for industrial tenants and investors.

Chris joins JLL after the May 2016 acquisition of the top-rated Louisville Kentucky based commercial brokerage agency Harry K. Moore Co. Since 1948, Harry K. Moore Co. was recognized as Louisville Kentucky’s leading firm for commercial property transactions. Chris has 13 years of industrial real estate brokerage experience.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration - Finance from the University of Kentucky in Lexington Kentucky in 1995. He took SIOR 200 and SIOR 203 classes in Chicago Illinois. Chris is also a licensed real estate broker in Indiana.
