Current Responsibilities

Ben Lazzareschi is a retail brokerage professional specializing in urban landlord and retailer representation in San Francisco and select premium suburban markets in the Bay Area.  With over fifteen years of industry experience, Ben provides executive level strategy with a dedicated team of five retail professionals.

Experience 

Ben’s work with Landlords has included premium assets in the Financial District, Union Square and Soma.  In addition, he has handled the retail leasing responsibilities for assets owned by TIAA, Related Co’s, Invesco, Vornado Realty Trust, Prudential, Royal Bank of Scotland, OSTRS, Essex Property Trust, Blackstone, Hudson Pacific Properties, Trumark Urban and 7x7 Development.  Notable listings include The Paramount for Related Co’s, Rincon Center for Hudson Pacific, The Beacon for Invesco and Fox Plaza for Essex Property Trust.  Ben and his team currently handle the leasing requirements for over 200,000 square feet of space in San Francisco.

Ben’s retailer clientele includes industry-leading brands in categories ranging from apparel to food and beverage.  He is currently responsible for the San Francisco market leasing requirements of best in class retailers - Equinox Fitness Clubs, Soul Cycle, Williams Sonoma Brands, Shake Shack, Mendocino Farms, SoulCycle, Modani Furniture, Warby Parker and West Marine.  He utilizes his expertise in market analysis, site selection and negotiations to produce successful locations for his clients regionally, nationally and internationally.

Education & Affiliations 

Ben holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. He resides in San Francisco with his wife Kelley. In his spare time, Ben enjoys skiing, fly fishing and boating.
