Our people

​​Current responsibilities 
Courtney Ziminski manages Quebec Centre, Plaza Quebec and the Orchards Portfolio which includes Orchard Place and Orchard Pointe. The total property portfolio consists of approximately 385,000 rentable square feet of mixed use office space and houses approximately 100 tenants. Each property is structured under different ownership. Courtney’s duties focus on enhancing and maximizing the value of the owner's investment in the properties including; directing each property's operations to maximize performance, profitable growth and return on investment and planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of each property utilizing available resources. 
Her responsibilities also include general operations, tenant retention and services, client satisfaction, vendor relations, contract management, construction management, leasing, monthly reporting, budgeting, AP processes and procedures, AR processes and procedures and review and evaluation of each of the property's performance and aesthetic appeal on a continual basis.

Experience
Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Courtney held the position of Supervisor/Facility Operator at RE/MAX, LLC. Her responsibilities included the management of day-to-day operations of a Class A, 300+ employee, single tenant office building and two restaurants located within the project plaza, supervision over a team of four, tenant and vendor relations (on and off site properties) as well as the development of and adherence to annual budgets.

Education and affiliations
Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University with a minor in Economics. She earned an RPA and a Property Administrator certificate from BOMI International and is a LEED Green Associate. Courtney is an executive board member for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America’s Denver Young Professionals Group and an active participant / volunteer for Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy. She is also the Vice President of her Home Owners Association Board.
