Our people

Current responsibilities 
Cathy Li is the General Manager at Waterview I-III located in Centennial CO.  The portfolio consists of three office buildings in a suburban business park for a total of 370k rsf.  
Cathy is responsible for management of daily operations, financial reporting, annual budgeting, reforecasting and reconciliation, construction management, tenant relations, supervision of engineering and administrative staff, vendor service management and risk management.  
The management team successfully achieved LEED Gold recertification for the properties in 2015, and the buildings consistently receive Energy Start scores of 92 or more.

Cathy has over 15 years in the commercial real estate industry, with experience in office, retail and mixed use properties.  She is qualified in all areas of commercial property management with strong financial and customer service skills.

Prior to joining JLL in 2012, she was a Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield of CA, Inc. and managed a portfolio of mixed-used property and retail shopping centers in the Oakland / East Bay region.

Education and affiliations
Cathy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology from California State East Bay. Currently a member of USGBC’s Metro Branch, Cathy was also a founding committee member of the USGBC’s Northern California East Bay Branch and served as Treasurer for three years.  She is also an active member of BOMA’s Denver Metro Chapter. Cathy has Real Estate Salesperson licenses in Colorado and California.
