Current Responsibilities

Amy Vadovic currently manages 1515 Arapahoe, a 558,346-square-foot downtown Denver Class A office property. Responsibilities include: enhancing and maximizing value of the owner's investment in the property including day-to-day management of the property and team, accounting and reporting for the property and directing the property's operations to maximize performance, profitable growth and return on investment. Additionally, the property has undergone several capital projects such as transitioning the building from steam to natural gas, elevator modernization with destination dispatch, lobby remodel, generator replacement, roof replacement and several large tenant improvement projects. The building achieved LEED Gold Certification in 2014 and was a BOMA TOBY award winner in 2014 for Renovated Building at the Local and Regional level.


Amy transferred to Colorado in 2011 to manage The Koll Company's Colorado portfolio consisting of six buildings totaling 660,017 square feet. Transition process included: analysis and review of all key materials to ensure accuracy, hiring and orientation of office staff, strong relationship building with owner and cooperative effort to set immediate, intermediate and long-range objectives.

Prior to this assignment, Amy served as General Manager of Meridian Corporate Plaza, a 200,000-square-foot office property and as Assistant General Manager of Chase Tower, the tallest building in Indianapolis consisting of over 1 million square feet of office space. Responsibilities included: managing daily operations, directly supervising a team of 10 employees, preparing financial reporting and annual budget, managing tenant improvements and capital improvements, maintaining and building tenant relationships, coordinating a program for the building and tenants to work together in reducing the carbon footprint.

Amy has more than thirteen years of experience in managing commercial real estate, working for notable clients Invesco, Walton Street Capital, The Koll Company, BPG Properties, HDG Mansur, Macquarie Office Trust and Charter Hall. She joined JLL in January 2010 after managing the Precedent Office Park, a park of over 1,000,000 square feet of office space consisting of 19 buildings and 8 separate owners, located on the northeast side of Indianapolis.

Education and Affiliations

Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and graduated with honors. While in attendance, she made the Dean's List multiple times, was a Chi Alpha Epsilon National Honor Society Member, a Golden Key National Honor Society Member and received the Higher Education Award.
