Our people

Current responsibilities 
Marci is a Project Manager in Denver’s Project and Development Services group. She is currently in the process of managing several interiors projects for corporate clients in Denver and Omaha, NE. In her role as Project Manager, she is responsible for managing the day to day activities between the Client, Architect, General Contractor and Landlord. Specifically, she ensures that the scope of work for each project is completed according to budget and schedule. 

Marci most recently completed a turnkey space for advertising agency, Universal McCann (UM), which involved build-out of 52,164 square feet on two floors in downtown Birmingham, MI.  She also completed an expansion space for Thomson Reuters in Ann Arbor, MI, which included moving approximately 250 employees.

Prior to joining the Project and Development Services team in 2014, Marci was a Facility Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle and worked on several corporate client accounts, including Citizens Bank, Xerox, T.Rowe Price, and UHG. This role encompassed managing retail banking locations, call centers, corporate headquarters and office buildings.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Marci was an Office Manager for the CEO and President of Sunrise Company, who develop and build master planned golf course communities throughout the United States.   In this role, she was responsible for managing day to day operations and facility services for the company’s corporate office in Colorado, as well as daily schedules for two Executives.

Marci earned a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.
