​Current responsibilities 
As Vice President and Group Manager, Ms. Gray’s duties include client relations, overall bottom-line financial responsibility, monthly reporting and planning, along with implementing strategic initiatives for the assets she manages. She is responsible for all aspects of the property from accounting to construction, and actively involved in leasing efforts. In addition, she oversees the performance and development of the management and engineering team. Her portfolio includes three properties in Plano totaling 450,000 square feet and a property in Frisco, TX totaling 170,000 square feet; Parkway Centre IV, managed for Goldman Sachs, Legacy Place I and II, managed for L&B Realty and The Tower at Frisco Square, managed for Encore Enterprises. She brings over 11 years of property management experience.

Ms. Gray joins JLL from Cushman & Wakefield where she served as a Senior Property Manager beginning in 2005. She was responsible for management of the annual business plan and day-to-day operations of Mockingbird Station, a premier mixed-use destination and first Transit Oriented Development in North Texas, on behalf of an international investment group.  She supervised all property construction and capital projects, tenant relation issues, management of vendor services and property performance issues. In addition, she successfully led the re-positioning and re-branding of the property through extensive, high-impact aesthetic improvements, innovative advertising & marketing campaigns. Mockingbird Station center sales increased. Mechanical deficiencies, site operations including security, landscape and maintenance were addressed and improved. As a result of improved efficiencies, the office tower building within the Station received the Energy Star rating three years in a row. Overall site occupancy increased to 92% for all three components.

Ms. Gray began her property management career at TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2004 as a leasing administrator/ marketing assistant. She joined CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services, Ltd. in 2005 as an Assistant General Manager. As an AGM, she managed assets for individual and institutional owners directing supervision of 601,487 square feet including The Webb at LBJ, 4025 Midway Road, and 2440 Marsh Lane. 

Education and affiliations
Ms. Gray is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Her current licenses and certifications include:
