​​Current responsibilities
Stephen Morris is an Analyst on the Agency Leasing Team based in Cleveland, Ohio. Stephen collaborates with entrepreneurial and institutional building owners to help them achieve their financial goals through the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of their assets. Stephen also advises local and office users to assist organizations to realize objectives such as leasing, location, timing, build-to-suit and space selection.

Prior to joining the JLL team in 2015, Stephen accumulated a rich history of Real Estate experience while collaborating with commercial tenants on their property management goals during an internships with BEK Developers and North Water Partners during the summers of 2012 and 2013.

Through leveraging his skills of relationship management and quantitative analysis, Stephen also raised over $22k for Brenner Children’s Hospital while acting as the Philanthropic chair for his student organization while at Wake Forest University. Stephen served as a Graduate Business Consultant for Financial Pathways of the Piedmont to design and execute a national marketing campaign for their homebuyer education software where he succeeded in engaging over 1,700 individuals on zero-budget, additionally creating an internship for the non-profit to sustain and grow on the teams’ work.

Key Assignments
Stephen currently manages the leasing for Building 44 at Tyler Village, a 180,000 square foot office building in an iconic urban complex located in Cleveland’s Midtown Submarket.

Education and affiliations
Stephen graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Business in 2015 earning an M.A. Management. Prior to earning his Master’s, Stephen received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University.

Stephen is also a member of the NAIOP Northern Ohio Chapter, the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
