​Current responsibilites

Jason is a Senior Vice President with Capital Markets, where he is focused on corporate finance and net lease transactions.

 Jason's primary responsibilities include the disposition of net lease assets as well as advising corporate clients on a variety of structured real estate decisions such as: structuring sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions; acting as advisory on corporate real estate acquisitions; the dissolution and sale of joint venture interests; and informing clients on the economics and accounting impacts of their real estate decisions.


Jason joined the Capital Markets team, based in Chicago, in 2016 after 10 years with the Investment Sales team (2006 to 2016) based in Washington, DC. During his 10-year career with JLL, Jason's total sales volume exceeds $3.5 billion across 10+ million square feet and encompasses office, flex/warehouse, retail and mixed-use product.

Prior to his career with JLL, Jason worked for Booz Allen Hamilton's Economic and Business Analysis team where he advised a multitude of clients on the economic outcome of various investment decisions.  ​


Jason graduated from Virginia Polytechnic and State University (Virginia Tech) in December 1999 with a dual-Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Information Technology. 

Jason also holds a Masters degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in Real Estate Development.​
