​​​Current Responsibilities
Kevin McCarthy, a Vice President with JLL’s transaction brokerage division, offers expertise in site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning, financial analysis, market research and new business development. Mr. McCarthy’s current and past clients include KBS Capital Advisors, AT&T, Bank of New York Mellon, Proctor & Gamble, MetLife, U.S. General Services Administration, Aetna, Gramercy Capital Corp., C-III Capital Partners and Related Group. Mr. McCarthy leads JLL’s Palm Beach brokerage division overseeing Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. ​​

Previous Experience
Mr. McCarthy joined JLL in July 2008 as part of the acquisition of The Staubach Company where he spent 5 years advising clients on the full range of occupancy issues and managing all aspects of the transaction process in the downtown Chicago office market. 

Prior to joining Staubach, Mr. McCarthy spent 6 years as a broker with Lee Real Estate, Inc. where his responsibilities included prospecting new leasing and sales opportunities, managing customer and client relations, developing sales and marketing strategies and leading negotiations.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. McCarthy received his Bachelors Degree in Economics with honors from Hobart College and he holds an Illinois and Florida Real Estate Broker License.  Outside of real estate, Mr. McCarthy is a competitive triathlete and was a member of Team USA at the 2009 international distance Triathlon World Championship in Gold Coast, Australia.
