Current Responsibilities
As the Project Coordinator for JLL’s Project and Development Services division in the Central Texas office, Jessica Gaida focuses on providing superior client service and support to all aspects of the project team on many multidimensional projects. Through the duration of the project, Jessica consults with the Project Manager on a daily basis to coordinate project-related issues while demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. Jessica assists with project documentation such as documenting change orders, updating the budget, recording meeting minutes, collecting and review closeout documents and much more. She also organizes and maintains reports, as needed, to carry projects to successful completion from beginning to end. Jessica strives to ensure all client and consultants questions and concerns are addressed throughout the duration of the project.
                                                                                                                                  
Previous Experience
Jessica has over three years experience in commercial general contracting, specializing in construction coordination and management. She has worked on many multifaceted projects such as interior office finish outs, warehouse distribution centers, medical offices and hospitals. With her experience, she is accustomed with the daily activities of construction and drives communication between team members, clients and consultants.

Education and Affiliations
Jessica attended Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science, focusing on Interior Design. She also achieved a minor in Technology and Engineering. Additionally, Jessica is studying for her LEED Associate exam and plans to be involved in the US Green Building Council’s Central Texas Chapter. Jessica is a member of Austin’s Chapter of Texas Young Professionals and Real Estate Council of Austin.
