Harvey Mireles is a team-focused, goal-oriented communications professional serving as the Public Relations and Communications Manager for JLL’s South Central Region. He ensures public relations efforts are utilized by identifying opportun​​ities to contribute to the team’s overall success. ​

Harvey is integral to the development and implementation of the public relations strategies for all business lines and markets within the region. He is an effective partner and adviser to all stakeholders, positioning ​them as subject matter experts to increase brand awareness and business development.

He ensures public relations efforts, including national public relations and communication initiatives, are integrated with marketing, communications and research programs. He also serves as the lead for distribution of internal communications and local JLL news throughout the region.​


As a seasoned public relations professional with a background in broadcast journalism, Harvey understands how to tell JLL’s story in engaging ways applicable to different audiences.​​​

He is a former television reporter with over seven years of experience in marketing, public relations, print and broadcast media. He has successfully planned and executed marketing plans, worked on a variety of collaborative projects and exponentially increased publicity values through traditional and digital media in varying fast-paced and goal-driven environments.

Prior to joining JLL, he served as Marke​​ting Coordinator for Klyde Warren Park in Dallas. He developed, wrote and managed the organization’s overall marketing strategy, as well as internal and external collateral including press releases, group presentations and annual infographics. During his tenure, the organization was nationally recognized by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as the 2014 Urban Open Space Award winner for their social and economic impact on the community.​

Education and Affiliations

Harvey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
