​​​​​Current Responsibilities
As Public Relations and Communications Manager, Harvey Mireles develops and implements public relations strategies for all business lines within JLL's South Central Region. He serves as point of contact for all corporate and regional internal communications, ensuring best practices to align with the firm’s overall business development, marketing and communications strategies.
Harvey provides guidance for all internal stakeholders, and supports JLL’s national communications and public relations teams. His goal is to assure public relations efforts are integrated with marketing, communications and research programs. He confirms all public relations strategies and messaging to protect the firm’s reputation and maintain consistency with JLL branding initiatives, marketing messages and media policy.
Harvey is integral to the development and implementation of the public relations for all business lines and markets within the region. He is an effective partner and adviser to all stakeholders, positioning ​them as subject matter experts to increase brand awareness and business development.


As a seasoned public relations professional with a background in broadcast journalism, Harvey understands how to tell JLL’s story in engaging ways applicable to different audiences.​​​

He is a former television reporter with a decade of experience in marketing, public relations, print and broadcast media. He has successfully planned and executed marketing and public relations strategies, worked on a variety of collaborative projects and exponentially increased publicity values through traditional and digital media in varying fast-paced and goal-driven environments.

Prior to joining JLL, he served as Marke​​ting Coordinator for Klyde Warren Park in Dallas. He developed, wrote and managed the organization’s overall marketing strategy, as well as internal and external collateral including press releases, group presentations and annual infographics. During his tenure, the organization was nationally recognized by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as the 2014 Urban Open Space Award winner for their social and economic impact on the community.​

Education and Affiliations

Harvey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
