Our people

Current responsibilities
David Rosato is responsible for leading the Phoenix market for JLL Project and Development Services as well as managing complex projects for our Occupiers and Investors.

David works with the brokerage teams in an effort to provide each client with the ideal team for their individual needs for each unique project.  We know very well that one size does not fit all.

David has a great understanding of the roles for each of the required team members and strong relationships with many of the local municipalities.

His responsibilities include marketing, strategy implementation, designer and contractor evaluation and selection, budget analysis and contract review and negotiations. His well-developed technical knowledge of the design and construction process gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into every new project.

Experience
David has over 20 years' experience working in commercial real estate in the Phoenix market. While starting his career with JP Morgan Chase, he quickly escalated to the role of Market Director of Construction where he managed construction of the new build to suit banking centers across the Western region.

For 10 years he worked for CBRE where he focused on the Occupier or Tenant Rep business. David realizes the importance of being a fantastic listener and constant communicator.

He is constantly looking at the big picture and the needs of the client.  These go well beyond being on time and under budget.
