​​​Current responsibilities 
Sarah Nettles is the Tampa City Lead, overseeing local managers who are responsible for approximately 1 million square feet of Class A office space for multiple clients.  

In her current role, Sarah is responsible for the team’s involvement in all aspects of the leasing cycle to ensure smooth turnover from leasing and tenant improvement construction to property management; focusing on tenant retention and providing superior client service at all levels of the organization.

Sarah works closely with the client and leasing teams to develop property and portfolio objectives and aligns the goals of the property staff and vendors to ensure implementation of strategies to support and exceed those goals.    

Sarah has 16 years experience in real estate and facilities management.  Prior to joining JLL, she was a Senior Property Manager with Duke Realty, managing a 17 building, 1.3 million square foot portfolio of Class A office and industrial properties in the Tampa Bay area and was involved in the disposition of over 800,000 square feet of suburban office space.

Sarah has overseen and been involved in many capital, tenant improvement, and building development projects, ranging from the development of a 350,000 square foot, LEED Gold high rise office building and commissioning a Medical Office Building, to the installation of new roofs, complex engineered fall restraint systems, elevator interior retrofits, cooling tower refurbishments and a chiller plant replacement.

Prior to relocating to Tampa, Sarah began her career with Carter & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia where her responsibilities included managing an 850,000 square foot high rise portfolio owned by AIG and J.P Morgan; a 22- acre, 1.2 million square foot facility portfolio owned by BellSouth; as well as various other management assignments for high profile clients.  

Sarah has a B.A. in Psychology from Metropolitan State College of Denver. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Florida and has earned the designation of LEED Green Associate from the GBCI.  

Additionally, Sarah is a board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Tampa Bay (BOMA) and has earned the designation of Real Property Administrator through the BOMI Institute, as well as her CCIM designation through the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute.
