Stacy Hofinger is a Vice President within JLL's Transactions Advisory Group specializing in tenant representation services. Ms. Hofinger is responsible for managing transactions, primarily industrial product type assets, within North America for Procter & Gamble. Ms. Hofinger's practice focuses on overall corporate real estate solutions involving service delivery, project management and strategic planning. Ms. Hofinger is also a member of JLL's Supply Chain Solutions group.
Prior to transitioning into Corporate Solutions, Ms. Hofinger was a Vice President within JLL's Industrial Tenant Representation group in Indianapolis, specializing in portfolio strategy consulting and multi-market corporate solutions service delivery. Her practice focused on overall corporate solutions involving service delivery, project management, account management and strategic planning for corporate real estate portfolios. She was involved with complex site selection projects which incorporated supply chain components, demographic analyses and economic incentives with clients such as Baxter, CVS/Caremark, MillerCoors, and Texas Instruments.
Before moving into portfolio strategy and strategic planning with JLL, Ms. Hofinger served as a member of the Midwest Industrial Services team as an industrial broker focusing on multi-market corporate client account management and local tenant representation in the I-55 market of Chicago.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Stacy was a Marketing Specialist at CB Richard Ellis where she focused on account management and service delivery integration for a variety of multi-market corporate clients. She was responsible for the development of processes, tools and controls to ensure consistent service delivery.
