Current responsibilities
Chris Bergmann Jr. is an Vice President within JLL Houston’s Land Advisory Services Division, where he specializes in retail land acquisitions and dispositions for owners, developers and end users. Chris takes an informed approach to site selection, land dispositions and acquisitions. His responsibilities include new business development, marketing, due diligence review, site analysis and site acquisitions/dispositions. Since joining JLL in March 2016, Chris has successfully closed retail and land transactions valued at more than $133 Million.

Years of experience

Prior to joining JLL, Chris worked at CBRE where he acquired extensive experience in both retail project leasing and tenant representation. He and his team represented national and local landlords with a combined portfolio of 3.5 million square feet. In his site selection and tenant representation practice, he secured locations while negotiating terms for retail concepts.
