Current Responsibilities
Judy Caruthers is the Regional Manager for the Southwest Region and National Director of JLL's Project and Development Services. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Judy is a LEED® Accredited Professional and currently manages a team of more than 70 professionals throughout Southern California, Nevada, Hawaii and Arizona.  Her team manages more than 200 projects with a total value of $600 million annually with major accounts including DIRECTV, The Dorchester Group, The Walt Disney Company, Wells Realty, NBC Universal and Universal Studios. Judy is responsible for implementing best practices on all projects, and ensuring the team’s highest customer satisfaction scores on each project.

Years of experience


Prior to joining JLL, Judy spent 20 years in architecture, construction and project management. Her diverse portfolio includes healthcare, broadcast and studio, hotel, retail, legal, financial, and higher education. She has managed new construction, development, renovation and decommissioning assignments. Since joining JLL in 2001 Judy has supervised the Southern California Bank of America project management team where she managed a $40 million capital budget while overseeing the relocation of its West Coast headquarters. The project was completed on time with documented cost savings in excess of $2 million. As the project director of the Univision broadcast facility in Fresno, California, she led the four year development to a successful completion with the highest client satisfaction rating and maintained an approved budget through a period of significant construction price increases.
