Current responsibilities
As Executive Vice President of JLL's Markets–Tenant Representation Division, Molly’s primary responsibilities include strategic planning, acquisition, disposition, and sale of office and industrial real estate for clients across the globe.

Experience
Since 2005, Molly’s client portfolio has included professional services, financial services, and manufacturing companies such as United Airlines, Citigroup, and Philips Electronics.

As the real estate transaction lead for United Airlines, Molly is the day to day point of contact for all United’s real estate needs globally. Molly’s team handles all aspects of a real estate acquisition, disposition, sale and project management of property from start to finish.

Over the past five years, the two-time, award-winning team represented United in their 633,000 sf operations move to Chicago’s Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) and their 250,000 sf corporate headquarters move from the Elk Grove Village site to 77 West Wacker in Chicago.

Most recently, the team finalized negotiations for UAL to consolidate all business lines from 77 West Wacker to Willis Tower for a total of 850,000 sf, the largest lease hold in Chicago.

For Citigroup, in 2007, she helped consolidate eight locations to two, comprising 390,000 sf in Chicago, and more recently has successfully subleased four spaces in Chicago totaling more than 90,000 square feet.

Molly also recently managed the North American portfolio for Philips Electronics which consists of more than 17M square feet of industrial and office space.

Additional clients include Driehaus, World Business Chicago, Midland Paper, Heidrick & Struggles, RR Donnelley, Golden County Foods, ABN AMRO and the Chicago 2016 Olympics Committee.

Prior to entering commercial brokerage, Molly was a Senior Vice President with VOA Associates, Inc., a commercial architectural firm headquartered in Chicago, IL, that she joined in 1996.

As Co-Manager the Corporate Interiors Practice Group, Molly played a key role with Fortune 500 companies in setting strategy and managing execution. Previous clients included ABN AMRO (LaSalle Bank), RR Donnelley, Leo Burnett, Harley Davidson Financial Services, and MB Financial.

Education
Molly received her Bachelors of Arts from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA and her Associates degree in Technology from Harrington Institute in Chicago, IL.

  • Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker

  • Former member of the Board of Directors at the University Club of Chicago. Secretary of the Club from 2004-2008 and continues to advise the Board on specific committees.

  • Current President of the Guild Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago, an organization she has supported since 1993.

  • Board of Directors for Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc.

  • Governing Member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra where she serves on the nominating committee.
