Current responsibilities

Mr. Berry, an Executive Vice President of JLL, has been providing local Chicago and national corporate real estate services since 1991 when he was involved in one of the first Fortune 500 outsourcing of brokerage transaction services.  He assists clients in the implementation of complex transactions across product types and geographical areas with an emphasis on acquisition and disposition of office and industrial space.


Mr. Berry's recent clients include Caterpillar, Capgemini, Comcast, and Mitsubishi Electric. Prior to joining the company in 1999, at another firm, Dave was the director of the Kraft Food's account for seven years and also accomplished multiple industrial transactions for other clients.  Prior to that, Mr. Berry learned the "landlord side" of the business in the 1980's with The Prudential Reality Group in New Orleans, Newark, New York, and Chicago with assignments in asset management, development, and national accounts.  

Education and affiliations

Mr. Berry earned a Bachelors Degree from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from Tulane University. He has received multiple Top Achiever and Top Gun designations from the company. Dave is a member of Chicago's Office Leasing Brokers Organization. He has been nominated for NAIOP's Chicago Suburban Industrial Transaction of the Year, Downtown Office Transaction of the Year, and Suburban Office Transaction of the Year. Dave is a volunteer leader at the Harvest Food Pantry in Evanston and serves on the Board of IFES/USA.
